Olivastro was born from a simple conviction: the most enduring places are not those that merely combine functions, but those that bring them together coherently.
At the intersection of agriculture, hospitality, transformation and transmission, Olivastro carries a Mediterranean vision of places that are rooted, desirable and enduring.
The project is not meant to create a simple hospitality destination, nor a standalone real estate asset. Its ambition is to build a platform for the creation, ownership and operation of places able to combine territorial identity, quality of experience, operating discipline and deployment potential.
Its first pilot asset in Tunisia is intended to demonstrate this model. Over time, Olivastro aims to develop multiple places through adapted structures including direct ownership, joint ventures, management contracts and, in time, selected franchise formats.
