A place is not enough. It needs vision, grounding and a model.
Olivastro is built on a simple conviction: the most enduring places are neither purely agricultural, nor merely hospitality-driven, nor simply real estate projects. They are coherent.
They bring together production, hospitality, transformation, transmission and governance within a single value creation logic.
A Mediterranean agri-hospitality platform.
Olivastro is not conceived as a standalone place, nor as a traditional real estate project. It is a platform for the creation, ownership and operation of premium agri-hospitality places, where agriculture, hospitality, territorial identity and execution quality reinforce one another.
Its first site in Tunisia is intended as a pilot asset. Its purpose is clear: secure a high-potential land base, demonstrate a coherent and desirable operating model, and prepare the ground for a progressive expansion to future sites.
Discover the pilot siteThe most enduring projects are not specialised. They are coherent.
Agriculture. Hospitality. Transformation. Transmission.
At Olivastro, these dimensions do not simply coexist. They are structured together.
Three pillars shape the model.
I
Create desirable assets
Distinctive, rooted and legible places able to attract guests, partners and long-term investors alike.
II
Operate with discipline
A refined and understated hospitality model, grounded in true operational quality, identity-driven agricultural production and a coherent experience.
III
Build a replicable model
Turn a successful first site into a foundation of brand, processes, know-how and governance, capable of supporting disciplined growth.
A first pilot asset designed to prove the model.
Olivastro’s first site is conceived as a flagship. It is meant to bring together, in one place, a living agricultural base centered around the olive tree, premium hospitality at a controlled scale, a logic of transformation and value creation, an experience deeply rooted in a territory, and a tangible demonstration of the model’s viability.
This first asset is not an end in itself. It is the first foundation of a broader trajectory.
The project is being built step by step.
Land and structuring
Site identification, land security, project framing, structuring and first strategic alignments.
Flagship development
Design, development, refinement of the place, roll-out of the offering and launch of operations.
Operational proof
Validation of the model, proof of desirability, learnings and consolidation of operating standards.
Standardisation and consolidation
Formalisation of processes, consolidation of the brand, structuring of governance and preparation for future developments.
Progressive deployment
Preparation for future developments through direct ownership, joint ventures, management contracts and, in time, selected franchise formats.
Value creation at multiple levels.
Territorial
Preserving, revealing and better activating agricultural and landscape anchors with strong identity.
Operational
Creating places able to combine hospitality quality, operating discipline and coherence of experience.
Patrimonial
Developing desirable assets within a long-term ownership and value enhancement logic.
Cultural
Bringing to life a rooted Mediterranean hospitality model, far from standardised formats.
Strategic
Turning a pilot asset into a platform of brand, know-how and deployment.
At Olivastro, the olive tree is not a decorative element. It shapes the place, its rhythm, its materiality, its symbolism and part of its economics.
Agriculture gives the project real depth. Hospitality gives it desirability. Transformation and transmission give it continuity.
Sense of place
A tangible relationship to land, landscape and long-term stewardship.
Lived experience
A warm, understated and rooted hospitality experience.
Living transmission
Know-how, gestures, memory and a way of inhabiting a territory.
A complementary founding duo, committed to the long term.
Olivastro is led by Samy and Malek, with a clear ambition: to build, govern and grow places that are aligned, desirable and enduring.
Samy
Founder
An entrepreneur, strategist and vision-led builder, Samy sees Olivastro as a development platform capable of combining territorial anchoring, operating quality, governance and long-term value creation.
Malek
Co-founder
As co-founder, Malek brings a strong sensibility for hospitality, uses, quality of experience and the concrete anchoring of place. Her background reinforces the human, operational and embodied dimension of Olivastro.
Their role is not to become day-to-day operators. They are responsible for the vision, coherence, partnerships, brand, governance and long-term development trajectory.
Discover the foundersA first foundation, designed to evolve.
Olivastro aims to demonstrate that a well-conceived place can become more than a standalone asset: it can become a foundation of brand, operations, method and development.
Over a ten-year horizon, the ambition is to build a Mediterranean platform able to create, own, operate and support multiple premium agri-hospitality places through adapted structures: direct ownership, joint ventures, management contracts and, in time, selected franchise formats.
Investors
Olivastro is entering an active structuring phase. The project is now opening conversations with investors, family offices, strategic partners and stakeholders able to bring more than capital: vision, standards, networks, expertise and long-term relationship quality.
We prioritise coherent, demanding and well-aligned relationships over volume.
